What is Colloidal Silver?

When discussing colloidal silver, it's important to note that the term is often used interchangeably with ionic silver. Ionic silver is a type of silver solution that consists of silver ions suspended in water. This form of silver is water-soluble and boasts an impressive shelf life, especially when stored at room temperature and kept out of direct sunlight.

The production process of ionic silver results in particles being suspended in exceptionally pure, clear water. If the water appears discolored, this could be a sign of impurities.

On the other hand, true colloidal silver is a different kind of solution. It contains tiny nanoparticles of metallic silver suspended in a liquid medium. Unlike ionic silver, these particles are not water-soluble and their stability may decrease over time.

Both ionic and colloidal silver are known for their effectiveness as natural remedies. For our purposes, we use the term "colloidal silver", primarily due to its widespread usage, but our product is ionic silver. Either way, it is remarkably effective as an antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral agent.

How is it made?

The production of ionic silver involves a process where an electric current is passed through two rods made of 99.99% pure silver. These rods are placed in a glass jar filled with deionized water. The purity of the water is of utmost importance in this process. Any impurities present in the water will lead to discoloration of the final product.

Even water purified through reverse osmosis will not meet the required standards. For the highest quality, our ionic silver is produced using deionized water to create a pristine final product.

Our product does not contain any buffers or fillers of any kind.
